Prepare a manuscript for publication
Be sure to note the following requirements:
1
Prepare a research paper according to the template
• The maximum number of authors per article is five.
Volume of one manuscript: 8-15 pages (including a list of references).
• The names and affiliations of the authors are given only in English.
• The text of the manuscript should correspond to the conference's profile and reflect the results of theoretical and experimental research. The organizing committee does not accept published scientific papers, as well as articles under consideration in other publications.
• The incoming manuscripts undergo a mandatory plagiarism check in the "Antiplagiat" system (the "expert" level). The plagiarism in the scientific research should not exceed 20%.
Obligatory sections of a scientific article: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References. Information about financial support is listed in the Acknowledgements section after the Conclusion section.
• The manuscript should have a high-quality research design. It is obligatory to consider the theoretical aspect of the problem, formulate and answer research questions, and provide a detailed description of the methodology used, the process of data collection, and analysis.
In-text citations and the reference list should follow APA standards. We highly recommend that authors use high-quality international scientific research published in reliable scientific journals (indexed in "Scopus" and "Web of Science"). We urge authors to minimize the use of "low-quality" sources - Internet resources that do not contain scientific information, textbooks, and manuals. The percentage of self-citations (sources authored/coauthored by the author of the submitted paper) should not exceed 10%. Excessive use of "low-quality" sources and self-citation can lead to a rejection of the manuscript.
2
Apply for the conference
• After completing the paper in accordance with the requirements, please fill out an application for participation in the conference on a special page of our website.
• Please note that authors will need their individual ORCID numbers when registering. If you do not have such a number, register it online at https://orcid.org. Please note that full names must be entered in compliance with the accepted transliteration standards.
• The manuscript is sent with the application. This is a mandatory requirement. Please prepare a final manuscript file in .doc or .docx format in advance.
3
Review procedure
• All received manuscripts undergo a review procedure (single-blind review). To evaluate the quality of received manuscripts, the reviewer uses the questionnaire (download). We recommend that authors read the questions in this questionnaire and make the necessary changes before submitting their paper in order to successfully pass the review process.
Manuscript review period - up to 14 days.
• The result of the review is sent to the corresponding author by e-mail.
4
Take part in the conference and receive a collection of articles
• Take part in the conference (in-person or online). The program with information about the participants and their reports will be published on this website in advance. No additional online registration is required.
• A collection of scientific articles will be published before the conference. All authors will receive an electronic copy (PDF) of the collection by e-mail.
• All authors are provided (upon request) with official letters of acceptance of manuscripts for publication in the RSCI collection.
